Residence and Work Permit
Zatari Law firm for Consultation and Training team obtained the necessary skills and legal knowledge to help people who are intending to stay in Turkey in issuing residence permits.
According to Turkish law, anyone who enters Turkey as a tourist can usually stay for up to 90 days without a residence permit. However, if any person plans to stay longer than that, issuing a permit is a must.
Our team will help in contacting the Turkish Immigration Department, preparing the residency file and guide the applicant throughout the whole process.
Types of Residence we help with:
- Short-term Residency: Will be valid for up to one year for first-time applicants.
- Long-term Residency: For a person who is living in Turkey for at least eight years without interruption.
- Family Residency: For those who are married to a Turkish citizen.
- Work Permit: All foreigners intending to work or establish their own businesses in Turkey is required to obtain a Work Permit. It is illegal for a foreign worker to work or start his business and does not possess a work permit.
