Types of Turkish visa

The necessary documents to obtain a Turkish visa
There is a set of documents required of the visa applicant

- 2 recent personal photos (bio-metric).
- Tourist health insurance which duration is equal to the period of stay in Turkey, according to the visa period.
- A bank account statement showing the movement of the account for the last 6 months from the date of submitting the application.
- Visa application.
- Receipt of payment of the required fees for a visa application.
In some cases, other documents are requested, such as hotel reservation and flight ticket reservations.
Duration of obtaining a Turkish visa
Obtaining a Turkish visa takes a period ranging from a week to 10 days from the date of submitting the application.
In the event that the application is rejected, a new application can be submitted after 6 months from the date of rejection.
The duration of the visa ranges from 20 to 90 days, and it is calculated from the date of flight reservation and not from the date of entry into Turkey.
After entering Turkey through a visa, an application for obtaining a tourist or other residence can be submitted according to the availability of the required conditions.
There are a number of countries whose citizens are allowed to enter Turkey without the need to obtain an entry visa in advance.
